- Why pay an hourly rate?

At Intake Computer Solutions we do not charge an hourly rate for in-house repairs.

After reloading a computer it can take minutes to find drivers or sometimes longer, rather than charging you for this time - we don't. We simply have a set fee for the job and if it takes us longer than we would normally expect, we keep the cost the same.

Just bring either your computer tower (no leads required) or your laptop (and power supply) to us and book in. No need for an appointment.

Can't bring your computer to us?

Just give us a call to arrange a local collection. For this we will come to you, disconnect the computer, do the job you require and bring it back and install it.
